Costumes made after order created, it will take almost 10 days, after the cosplay costumes are finished, they will be shipped via Fedex express (5-7 Days).
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Customs inspections.
Postal strikes.
Severe weather disruptions.
Other logistical events beyond our control.
Recipients must ensure someone is available to sign for delivery during standard business hours. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, parcels will be returned to our facility. Redelivery requires full repayment of shipping fees.
